Kostrych is one of the most beautiful ridges in the Ukrainian Carpathians. It offers a wonderful view of the Chornohirsky ridge and other peaks of our mountains. This is quite a popular place, but it also hides many secrets. When Verkhovyn journalist Roman Klym published photos of the ruins of the shelter in Kostrych, it immediately interested me. I knew that there was a tourist shelter in Kostrych, but where it was exactly remained a mystery.
