(So they have few net carbs, that is, digestible carbs.) And the 7 ketogenic vegetables in the video also have good nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. Therefore, they are 100% suitable for a low-carb diet - or even a very low-carb diet, like the ketogenic diet. These vegetables are foods allowed on the ketogenic diet, and they are highly healthy. And all of these are great elements to increase the feeling of satiety in your diet. That is: if you are having difficulty losing weight… Or if you feel hungry all the time… And if you find that the feeling of “full stomach” after eating your meals is not lasting as long as it should (for example, if you are getting hungry between lunch and dinner)… Maybe adding some of these vegetables can help you increase the feeling of satiety without adding too many calories to your diet.
