#Aged kimchi stew Ingredients: 1kg aged kimchi, 2 onions, 3 tbsp dried pollack powder, water (enough to cover half of the aged kimchi) Washing ingredients: 2T sugar, 2T vinegar, 2T water Seasoning: 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp brewed soy sauce, 2 tbsp anchovy sauce, 4 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp sugar 1. Remove the aged kimchi filling and wash it thoroughly under running water. 2. Pour water into a bowl, add 2T sugar, 2T vinegar, and 2T water, and soak the aged kimchi for about 30 minutes. 3. Slice the onion into thick, round pieces, fry the dried pollack, and make dried pollack powder. 4. Wash the aged kimchi again under running water and squeeze out the water. 5. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp anchovy sauce, 4 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and 2 tbsp sugar to the aged kimchi and mix well. 6. Add onion, aged kimchi, water (enough to half-submerge the aged kimchi), and 3 tbsp dried pollack powder to a pot in that order and steam over medium heat for 30 minutes. 7.
