It is a work commemorating the 45th anniversary of "Weekly Shonen Jump" and the 20th anniversary of "V Jump". It is an action game in which past Jump heroes fight. A total of 52 characters, including 39 player characters and 13 support characters, from 32 works serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump appear. Teams of three people, two player characters and one support character, compete against the opposing team. Before the match, the characters have a dialogue with each other. All of the works that appear have been animated (TV anime, OVA, FLASH anime, etc.), and some of the works have the title of the anime version. In principle, the voice actors for the characters are the same as those in the anime version, but some characters have been changed due to various reasons (such as the original cast being deceased).
