Is Pardulas typical Sardinian dessert for Easter holidays. A dessert made with ricotta or fresh cheese of the day, not salted. Throughout Sardinia they are prepared for Easter, but nowadays they are easily found all year round on the display counters of every Sardinian pastry shop!!!!
