/ @atilaiamarino Biodiversity is a word with many meanings. It can be used to talk about the number of species in a place or the general characteristics of an environment. And although the extinction of species is a natural process, often offset by the emergence of new species, we are seeing a loss of biodiversity at worrying levels. In today's video, Atila Iamarino talks about Brazilian biodiversity, its importance for our well-being, health and even for the economy, in addition to mentioning the risks we run with the loss of this wealth. This is the ninth video in a series of 12 episodes that will address the Environment and Sustainability in Brazil.
