I had the Horwin EK1 scooter for a test for a week and because the weather in April was so changeable, I went with it at 10 degrees in the morning, in torrential rain and in heat of 29 degrees for 3 hours and 20 minutes constantly. I also went at night to try to see how visible I am. Both with and without a passenger. By the way, in the rain or cold, if you have the right equipment, temperatures of at least 8-10 degrees are fine, especially for short distances. The maximum speed of the scooter was 75 km/h, if you were curious about that. The scooter is limited to 45km/h, but if you have allowed A1/ A2/ A, you can go with it bounded. If you want something more powerful, there is also the EK3 version, which is driven with a cat. A1 because it has 6Kw. Or, if the legislation comes into force, you may be able to drive it with a cat.
