The Acuaviva® Self-Cleaning Septic System is a solution for the primary treatment of domestic wastewater (separation of grey and black water) that, through an anaerobic biodegradation process of the organic load, removes a high level of solids and corrects other parameters present in the deposited water, finally diverting the treated liquids and solids to places prepared for their proper disposal, by means of an absorption well, percolation, infiltration field, or water sources. Its self-cleaning mechanism is provided by a valve that outlets the treated and neutralized sludge into the septic tank, allowing for easy, quick, and safe maintenance of the system every 12 to 18 months depending on its use.
