https://nova.rs/video/?ref=yt You don't know who has a harder time at school, the children or the parents, and who looks forward to the holidays more. Numerous creative tips and examples from the NTC school show that homework is unnecessary, when in class students learn lessons through familiar games, with which they do not need much help to master the material, as a well-known doctor talks about in the new Mamazjania Ranko Rajović, author of the NTC (Nikola Tesla Center) program, head of the Department of Educational Neurosciences at the Faculty of Education in Koper, but also his son Vuk Rajović, doctor of chemical engineering and coordinator of the Department of Science at NTC. From year to year, teachers testify, it is more and more difficult to work with first-graders in elementary schools, Dr. Ranko Rajović states at the beginning of our podcast. He explains the reasons why children are different, but also the problems in traditional education, which does not change, does not keep up with the times, although according to numerous studies, today we are preparing children for professions that do not yet exist. Children are from the earliest age with phones and games, instead of in the park, on the meadow, on the sports field. The Rajovićs emphasize the connection between movement and learning in children, which is inseparable. They point out that every child wants to study and learn, to show off, compete and be good at something, and at school they will achieve this if they are taught lessons through play, which is close to them. Also, the problem of today's upbringing is the overprotection of children, who do not have any freedom, because they are always under supervision, and parents exercise this control through numerous extracurricular activities that never end and because of which the youngest do not have time for themselves, and their childhood passes by. They explain to us how to get children to like school and the material from classes, to turn children's games into school subjects, mathematics, chemistry...? They also emphasize that it is good if children are sometimes bored. They also describe the consequences of overprotection of children and how much parents should learn with them. In the new episode, our guests point out all the advantages of NTC, which Serbian education could apply. They indicate to parents when it is the right time to enroll their child in sports or any extracurricular activity. And Vuk describes what his childhood was like with Rank's methods. Answers to these and many other questions, which are of interest to every parent and teacher, were provided by Ranko and Vuk Rajović in the new episode of Mamazjanija, in which they looked at the modern childhood that passes in the "unknown streets of virtual cities", where and dads have to come in to know "where their children are" and to communicate, but also use the children's interests to give them an insight into the advantages of the real world and growing up.
