As a care worker, Ilona came up against the limits of the youth care system, where she believes that young people are excluded from the care they so desperately need. She decided to set up her own organization and a community center where she can offer young people a listening ear and something to do, even without an indication. Not only are these young people welcome here, but neighbors who are shy about a chat also like to come here. This brings people into contact with each other and it feels like a home where you are seen. The neighbor is just as valuable as a care worker when it comes to a listening ear.
