About :

The Il-114 is a turboprop passenger airliner created by the Ilyushin Design Bureau in the late 1980s. The aircraft was certified and produced in small series at the Tashkent aircraft plant until 2012. The Il-114-300 is an updated version of the basic Il-114, created as part of the program to resume production of the aircraft in Russia. The modernization affected the design elements, power plant, control systems and cabin. It is intended to occupy the niche of a local and regional airliner one step below the jet SSJ 100.
