I made the New 101 Series 263F, which is used on the Seibu Line, using Plarail. The base cars were four 205 Series cars, and the face was made from plastic sheet. It is difficult to balance the face of the New 101 Series, and the impression changes greatly depending on the angle of the face, but I think I managed to make it well-balanced. I did not cut out or use stickers for the door pocket windows, but first painted them black, masked them, and then painted the body color, using a new method. It turned out better than I expected, so I think I will continue to use this method in the future. The Seibu New 101 Series and 301 Series are vehicles that began operation in 1979. They were initially used on the Ikebukuro Line and Shinjuku Line, but in 2007, with the introduction of the 30000 Series, which replaced this model, most of them were scrapped, except for the cars that were converted to one-man operation, and were transferred to local private railways. Currently, only the one-man modified cars are in operation on the Tamako Line, Seibuen Line, and Tamagawa Line, and some are in operation with the old two-tone paint, red train color, and the line color of the company to which they are transferred. Among them, 263F is a train that was introduced to replace electric locomotives, and is characterized by being converted to 4M. In addition to normal passenger operations, it is a hard worker who also handles the delivery of new cars. However, in February 2020, 257F, the only white car, was scrapped, and we are curious to see what will happen in the future. *Paints used Mr. Surfacer 1000: Base paint Mr. Color Spray Yellow (S4): Car body color Mr. Color Spray Silver (S8): Decorative strip, doors, pantograph, cooler, etc. Mr. Color Spray Neutral Gray (S13): Roof, fall prevention canopy Mr. Color Acrylic Black (N1): Window area Please note that we do not accept requests. #Modified Plarail
