The other day, I had a business trip to Miyagi Prefecture. I was staying near Sendai Station, and had heard that JR East's Shinkansen test train, the E956 S13 train, ALFA-X, was conducting test runs at night, so I thought maybe I'd be able to see it? I went to the station and luckily I was able to see it, so I took a picture. Normally, cars 1 and 2 start from the Tokyo direction (the direction from which the train enters Sendai Station in this video), but cars 1 and 2 were switched with cars 9 and 10, probably as part of a test, and car 10, with its 22m nose, was facing Tokyo. The flow of the video is as follows: Entering Sendai Station (including wide-angle footage) → Shooting from the direction of car 10 toward car 1 → Shooting near car 1 → Departing from Sendai Station (including wide-angle footage). Because I didn't know how long the train would be stopping at Sendai Station, and many people came to watch, it was a hectic shoot. Also, the people who came to visit the shop several times kindly taught me various things and helped me a lot. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again. Thank you very much. #SendaiStation #AlphaX #ALFA_X
