My second child in the third year of high school goes out in the morning and comes back at night, so I decided to pack him a lunch box at home because he often eats out and gets bloated. Here are videos of the various lunch boxes I've packed so far. ^^ ✅ Braised pork ribs and onion dressing cabbage salad There's no recipe since I added leftover store-bought seasoning, but you can make delicious braised pork ribs with just soy sauce, sugar, oligosaccharide, plum extract, and minced garlic if you get the sweet and salty ratio right. I added a spoonful of ginger juice I bought from Hamitomi at the end, and the flavor and taste were greatly enhanced. If you have any ginger juice at home, definitely add it. ^^ ✅ Stir-fried pork belly and aged kimchi lunch box I packed my second child's favorite menu, pork belly, as a lunch box. Since the Stanley bamboo tube has great heat retention, I didn't have to worry about it cooling down. I put the stir-fried kimchi in a thermos that I had heated with hot water first, and then put the pork belly on top. Even when I ate it a few hours later, the meat didn't harden or any fat clumps formed. For those who love meat, try the pork belly lunch box. It is said to be a perfect combination with the ssamjang, cucumber, perilla leaves, and stir-fried kimchi served on the side. ✅ Mom's idol sandwich This is trendy these days, so I made my own recipe. Slice the cabbage thinly into 1/4 pieces and marinate it with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons vinegar, and 3 tablespoons sugar for more than 20 minutes. (If I didn't marinate it, the water would come out when I eat it later and the bread would be mushy, so I marinated it to remove some of the moisture.) Squeeze out the marinated cabbage and mix it with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Mash 4 boiled eggs and add 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, and a little pepper to make an egg mayo salad. Coat the bread with melted butter, and top with strawberry jam (I used compote), cheddar cheese, egg mayo, bread, cabbage salad, and bread in that order. If you're going to eat it right away, it's also delicious with cucumber. Just like the youngest said, it was crunchy, sweet, and savory. ^^ ✅ Jalapeno Tuna Mayo Gimbap If you have radish, eggs, and carrots, it's not difficult to make gimbap with ingredients you have at home. Since I didn't have ham, I put in grilled Spam, and since I didn't have perilla leaves but had a lot of lettuce, I put in layers of lettuce and topped it with chopped jalapenos and mayonnaise-mixed tuna. 👍If you add chopped jalapenos or cucumber pickles to the tuna, it will be less greasiness. ✅ Avocado Bibimbap with Lots of Vegetables The avocado bibimbap sauce sold at Kitchen Daily in Ilsan Bamgasi Village is really delicious. When you have a lot of vegetables, buy some and make avocado bibimbap, it's good for using up vegetables, and it's fun for your eyes and mouth. Just add various vegetables, avocado, cocktail shrimp, and garlic flakes. ✅ Spam vegetable fried rice on a day when there is a lot of leftover rice On days when there is not enough rice, I make vegetable fried rice by chopping up all the vegetables I always have like onions, carrots, potatoes, pumpkins, and green onions. Since I added a can of Spam, I didn't need much seasoning, so I just added salt. It would be even more delicious if I added oyster sauce ^^ ✅ Simple bulgogi rice bowl When I go shopping at Coco, I buy bulgogi and divide it into 4 portions. I took out one bag, added cabbage and carrots, stir-fried it, and put it on top of rice. It would be delicious if I ate it with kimchi, but I didn't want it to smell, so I stir-fried it and wrapped it up without any moisture. ✅ Jeyuk rice bowl and stir-fried pork with pork belly is my second favorite menu after pork belly. For 400 grams of meat, while frying one sliced onion in oil, empty the middle and add a spoonful of gochujang and 2-3 spoons of gochugaru and stir-fry it like a radish. The thickness of the gochujang is reduced and it is delicious. Add meat, soy sauce 2, tuna liquid 2, (sugar 1, plum liquid 2) or (sugar 2, oligosaccharide 1) and stir-fry. When the meat is cooked, add 2 spoons of minced garlic and green onion and stir-fry. Add green onion last so that the green onion color is alive and looks delicious. Finish with sesame oil and sesame salt. Did you know that it is really easy to make a muksabal? Cut the commercial muksabal with a vegetable peeler, blanch it in hot water, and rinse it in cold water. It is the same as boiling noodles ^^ Add ice cold noodle broth, chopped kimchi, cucumber, laver powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to it, and you will have that delicious taste ^^ #LenaHome #ThreeBrothers #Grade3Lunchbox #LunchboxMenu #PorkBeefLunchbox #PorkRibBowlLunchbox #BulgogiRibBowl #MuksabalLunchbox #SpamVegetableFriedRice #JalapenoTunaMayoGimbap #IdolSandwich #PorkRibBowlLunchbox #AvocadoBibimbapLunchbox
