#Running #TrailRunning #DesertRace #Antarctica #4Deserts I came here because I liked running. I fell in love with nature, and I wanted to be embraced by nature even more. After completing 250km in the Gobi Desert and the Atacama Desert, I'm going to Antarctica this time. This video contains the stories I want to tell and share before going to Antarctica. It also includes my own fun ways to run that I've discovered while running, so please enjoy Part 1!! Even if my feet are swollen, and even when it's hard to step, I keep walking and running because there's something that more than compensates for the pain. Even if things are hard now, I think it's possible to move one step at a time. That way, one step makes the next step possible, and when I look back, I realize that I'm getting closer to the finish line. It's an experience that can be applied not only to running, but to everything. Antarctica!! It's hard to get there, and I'm a little scared because I don't know what kind of environment I'll be in once I get there, but I'll move well step by step and finish 250km in good health! I'll be leaving soon. I think the next video has already been reserved and I'll be moving on the ship... ^^ Please look forward to the second part, and I'll happily greet you again on the day I return from Antarctica to Ushuaia!!! I hope you all have a healthy and warm winter~~!!! I'm so glad I immersed myself in nature!! I'm so glad I went running!!! Thank you all!!
