Hygge relaxes, Hygge makes you happy. Hygge is now a lifestyle and is currently quite popular. The Scandinavian lifestyle has triggered an international hype. Sebastian is skeptical and wants to know what this Hygge is worth. He starts "The Great Hygge Experiment" in his living room. Admittedly, his apartment is currently the opposite of Hygge. But that's over now. Hygge blogger Stefan Peters is supposed to make Sebastian's living room completely Hyggelig. And all for a maximum of 1000 euros! In three days. Is that possible and can he convince Sebastian of the Hygge lifestyle? WHAT IS HYGGE? The new PULS report deals with the Hygge lifestyle. But what is Hygge actually? And where does Hygge come from? Hygge originally comes from Denmark and stands for comfort and happiness in your own four walls but also for slowing down and mindfulness in everyday life. THE HYGGE EXPERIMENT But before Meini's apartment becomes truly hyggelig, an inventory is needed first. What can stay, what has to go? Hygge expert Stefan takes a close look at the apartment. And then Sebastian invited a small jury from the PULS Reportage community for his hygge experiment to assess the hygge factor before and after the hygge experiment in his living room. THE HYGGE SHOPPING TOUR Before the living room becomes a hygge oasis, it's time for a big hygge shopping tour. The two of them visit furniture store after furniture store. Sebastian has three days to transform his old living room into a hygge paradise. It's a tight squeeze, because after that Luisa, Benny and Laura will be at the door again as a jury to evaluate Meini's new hygge apartment. That means: Sebastian and Stefan have a lot to do in the new PULS Reportage. You can find out whether everything works out and the living room really becomes a Hygge palace in the new PULS report on the Hygge hype.
