Previously, we showed exercises to restore fine motor skills. Many in the comments asked what exercises there are for unclenching the fingers. Today we are considering this set of exercises. Restoring hand mobility after a stroke is a long and complex process. It is important to be patient and persistent. For effective rehabilitation, it is best to contact a specialized center.
