The video shows the dismantling and installation of the Chevrolet Lachetti Nubira drive shaft. To perform the dismantling, it is not necessary to remove the brake caliper. It is enough to loosen the nut securing the hub to the drive shaft and disconnect the lower ball joint from the lever. Also, it is not necessary to completely drain the oil from the gearbox. Excess oil will drain through the drive shaft installation hole. In this case, only one liter of fresh oil is required to top up the oil. The total volume of oil poured into the Chevrolet Lacetti manual transmission is 1.8 liters. Of the non-standard tools, you will need a 32 mm socket head. A detailed video on replacing the CV joint, differential bearings, hub bearings, brake pads and brake discs, as well as on repairing the Chevrolet Lacetti brake calipers, is already on my channel in the playlist on Chevrolet repair and maintenance.
