In some cases, we can suffer so much from these thoughts that we have strange behaviors in an attempt to get rid of them... in these cases, we develop OCD. In this video, I want to talk about these thoughts and also give you some tips on how to overcome them. The first thing I need to say is that if you have these thoughts, there is nothing wrong with you. Obsessive thoughts, called fantasies by some professionals, are completely normal and many believe that they are present in the entire population. The only difference between a normal person and a person with a thought disorder is the importance that the latter gives to thoughts... the way they deal with these thoughts.
