Cover it with a nylon bag and put it in a kneading bowl, cover it and let it rest for half an hour. On the side, we cut the leeks in half and slice them thinly lengthwise, fry them with oil for about 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and let it cool. At the end of the time, we divide it into four pieces, roll them, put them on a floured tray and cover them with a nylon bag or stretch film, cover them with a cloth and let them rest for another half hour. We roll out the dough on the counter with a rolling pin or our hands into a round the size of a dessert plate. Melt the butter and separate half a tea glass from the clear part. Add liquid oil to spread it on top. Apply oil between the dough layers as we showed in our video and place them on top of each other. Leave it in a warm place. The butter hardens if it is in a cold place. Cover it with nylon and a cloth again and wait for another hour. Then, roll it out thinly with our hands on the counter. Fold it over at a distance of four fingers from the longitudinal end and distribute the cooled leek mixture equally. Starting from the end, roll it up in a roll shape. Starting from the middle, wrap it on a greased baking tray and roll it up. Apply the butter we have reserved on it and bake it in a pre-sold 180 degree oven at the upper and lower setting until golden brown. It turned out to be a very nice börek.
