How to transform your fear back into love I'm so happy that we're spending time together again today on the podcast. This time it's about a magical tool that helps you let go of your fears and worries: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). EFT is a technique that uses acupressure to release certain energies that we have stored in our bodies. These can be anxiety, worry and doubt, for example - all the negative emotions that we carry around with us in everyday life and that block us from creating our lives according to our wishes. EFT is a tool that I work with a lot and that is so, so powerful! That's why I'm happy that we're doing this EFT exercise together.
