In the video I will show you step by step how to lay a stable foundation of concrete (terrace) slabs or paving stones, for a shelter or gazebo. You will see step by step, from digging a hole to laying the paving slabs. How to make a solid and durable substrate yourself? • Digging a hole: Preparing and marking the area for the bedding. • Cement and sand bedding: How to make the mixture correctly. • Placing curbs (edgings): A key step to achieving even edges. • Further bedding: Continuing work with the bedding. • Hardening with a compactor: Ensuring the stability of the substrate. • Leveling with a board: How to achieve a perfectly even surface. • Laying the slabs: The final stage that transforms the project into a finished substrate.
