I have a degree in hotel management and gastronomy from Ecole des Roches, in Switzerland. At the age of 28, I was the director of 5-star hotels (Sofitel Chain). I was also responsible for implementing the Hard Rock Café themed restaurant chain in Brazil and was one of the people responsible for organizing the first Cirque du Soleil tour in the country.
