In this episode of the Human Design Creation Podcast, Thorsten and Julia talk about the head center in Human Design. The head center is a pressure center that represents inspiration, asking questions, questioning, and curiosity. When the head center is defined, you have constant pressure to think and ask questions. Mental security and the ability to provide inspiration and answers arise. When the head center is open, you are vulnerable to mental pressure, doubt, and being overwhelmed. Open crowns are receptive to outside inspiration, but should remain flexible and not identify with it. It is discussed how the mind in the head center is often under pressure to find answers and clarify questions. It is emphasized that the mind should not be an authority and that decisions should not be made from the head. The three gates in the head center are also discussed.
