Music: Epidemic Sound ----------------------- Recipe in the video: Quark cakes (for 6 small casserole dishes): 375g full-fat quark 3 eggs 60g starch 2 packets of vanilla sugar 1 packet of baking powder Butter and grated hazelnuts for the edges of the dishes Mix the ingredients together, pour into the buttered and hazelnut-crumbled dishes and bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
