[Hiromi Iwasaki] & [Hiroko Kokufu] Collaboration / "Lullaby of the Virgin Mary" from Piano Songs Special

In 2016, I recorded the album "Piano Songs" with jazz pianist Hiroko Kokufu. With that album, we went on a nationwide concert tour together. Even though we were just the two of us, we were able to put on such a fulfilling performance, which I think was largely due to Hiroko Kokufu's performance skills, but also her personality. It was hard, but fun~ Lullaby of Our Lady Lyrics: Yamakawa Keisuke / Music: Kimori Toshiyuki, John Scott The final song of the concert that day, "Lullaby of Our Lady," was arranged using Hiroko's original song "Gypsy Baroque" as the intro. I sang it, drawn in by her soothing performance. Even though we were just the two of us, we were able to sing such a dynamic "Lullaby of Our Lady" thanks to Hiroko's piano!
