With the announcement of the "Himi Kanburi Declaration" - a winter delicacy that Toyama Bay is proud of - we headed to Himi City in Toyama. We headed to Himi's hidden hot spring, Kojiro Onsen, and went to Kaisen Himimae Sushi and Himi Udon Miki-san in Himi Banya Street. In the evening, we went to a pub and sushi restaurant loved by locals. The next day, we had lunch at the Fish Market Restaurant run by a long-established fish wholesaler in Himi that was founded 150 years ago, and then went to SAYS FARM, which I have visited several times.
