[Ingredients for 6 pieces] ・Egg... 1 ・Sugar... 20g ・Unsalted butter... 20g ・Milk... 50cc ・Hotcake mix... 100g ・Cocoa powder... 2 teaspoons <For toppings> ・Milk chocolate, strawberry chocolate, white chocolate, each 1/2 piece (I used Ghana chocolate) ・A little chocolate crunch (Daiso) ・A little chopped pistachios ・A little chocolate spray (Daiso) *Toppings are up to you [How to make] *First, put the butter in a heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave at 600w for 20 seconds. Add 10 seconds at a time while watching the situation.・Preheat the oven to 180°C. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Add the sugar, melted butter and milk, mixing well after each addition. 2. Add the pancake mix and cocoa powder and mix well to prevent the powder from flying everywhere. 3. Place the mixture in a piping bag or ziplock bag, cut off 1-2cm from the end and squeeze into molds. Pour half into each mold, and divide the remaining mixture evenly. Punch the air a few times and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15-18 minutes. (I baked it for 15 minutes this time.) Let it cool slightly and remove from the mold. Set aside on a tray or plate. 4.
