The text was approved by the Council of Ministers in mid-2023, then it was approved in first reading by the Chamber in March 2024 and now the definitive approval of the Senate has also arrived. The reform is divided into two main parts: the first part contains the changes to the current Highway Code, which dates back to 1992 and has then been modified several times over the years.
