This video aims to make students aware that it is possible to modify and strengthen the neural connections in their brain, and that these modifications allow them to improve in all sorts of tasks. It presents 3 strategies that allow students to help their brain learn better: (1) help your brain change by practicing often, making an effort and resisting pitfalls; (2) use your mistakes to improve; and (3) believe that you are capable of success. Parents and teachers are invited to discuss the strategies presented with their children and students in order to optimize their impact. The video was produced as part of Jérémie Blanchette Sarrasin's doctoral thesis under the supervision of Steve Masson.
