Night work and shift work fall into the category of atypical schedules and are recognized as factors of hardship according to regulatory thresholds. Although these work organization methods are necessary to ensure continuity of production or services, the prevention of risks related to night work and shift work is of crucial importance to protect the health and safety of workers.
