At the beginning of April 2022, I crossed the Harz Hexenstieg in 3 days - an adventure that was made even more intense by an unexpected load of fresh snow the night before. ❄️ The snow, the harsh cold and the winter landscape gave this tour a very special appeal. Even though I started unprepared, it was precisely the challenges - from the physical limit experience to the route profile - that made this experience unforgettable. ???? I'm already thinking about running the route in the opposite direction in late summer. Then with fresh legs and through the beautiful Bodetal up into the Upper Harz - certainly a completely different but equally exciting adventure. ???? GPS data of the tour: ????
