Develop your starting village into a bustling city, manage resources and production chains, and expand your territory through conquest. Manor Lords offers a grid-free city-building experience, for total freedom of placement and rotation. Building mechanics are inspired by the growth of real cities and towns in the Middle Ages, when major trade routes and landscapes influenced how settlements formed and developed. Manage a wide variety of goods typical of the time: boots, barley, leather, honey, etc. Transport materials and transform them into finished products through production chains. Find the balance between the basic needs of the inhabitants and the joy of luxury goods. Manufacture goods to export, and forge weapons and armor to conquer. You have only a small plot of land in a vast territory, and the divergent ambitions of neighboring lords will inevitably lead to conflict. Lead your people into battle, not as disposable units to be easily replaced, but as loyal and beloved subjects.
