He was a main guest on the program "Lamasat Bayaniya" on Sharjah TV, a TV program that explains the rhetorical miracle of the Holy Quran. His name is Fadel bin Saleh bin Mahdi bin Khalil Al-Badri from the "Al-Badri" clan, one of the clans of Samarra, and he is nicknamed Abu Muhammad, after his eldest son.; Born: Samarra 1933 AD. The beginning of his life His father took him from a young age to the Hassan Pasha Mosque, one of the mosques of Samarra, to learn the Holy Quran, and this revealed the sharpness of his intelligence, as he learned the Holy Quran in a short period. Education and work He completed his primary, intermediate and secondary education in Samarra, then moved to Baghdad in the city of Al-A'dhamiyah, to enter an educational course to prepare teachers, and graduated in 1953 AD, and excelled in all academic stages. He was appointed as a teacher in the city of Balad in 1953 AD, and then completed his studies at the Higher Teachers' College in the Department of Arabic Language (College of Education) in 1957 AD and graduated in 1960-1961 AD. He obtained a bachelor's degree with honors, and returned to teaching in secondary school. In the first course opened for postgraduate studies in Iraq, he entered the Master's Department (Linguistics Department) and obtained a master's degree from the College of Arts. In the same year, he was appointed a teaching assistant in the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education at the University of Baghdad. From Ain Shams University in the College of Arts in the Department of Arabic Language, he obtained a doctorate degree in 1968 AD. Then he returned to Iraq, and was appointed in the College of Arts / University of Baghdad after merging the College of Education with the College of Arts. He was appointed Dean of the Evening College of Islamic Studies in the seventies until the abolition of private colleges in Iraq. He was then loaned to Kuwait University to teach in the Arabic Language Department in 1979, then returned to Iraq. He became an expert in the Fundamentals Committee of the Iraqi Scientific Academy in 1983, and was appointed an active member of the Iraqi Scientific Academy in 1996. He retired in 1998, after spending nearly forty years as a professor of grammar at the University of Baghdad. He traveled to the Arabian Gulf to work as a professor at Ajman University, where he spent a year, then moved to Sharjah University as a professor of grammar and Quranic expression from 1999 until the summer of 2004. Studies in his Al-Samarra'i approach from contemporary rhetorical interpreters who tried to approach the Quranic text and reveal its miraculous secrets with purely linguistic tools, so he was able to reach the meanings and purposes starting from the Quranic language itself, relying on the structure of the word and its meaning and on the special meaning of the word that distinguishes it without its synonyms and on the Quranic structure and its relationship to the purposes and meanings, and thus Al-Samarra'i sought to adopt the levels of morphological, semantic and syntactic language as a means to reach the purposes of the Holy Quran.
