◼︎ Since the 1990s, China has been promoting large-scale excavations and maintenance of Goguryeo cultural heritage to register it as a world cultural heritage in order to package Goguryeo history as its own history. However, if you look at Goguryeo tomb murals, you can see that Goguryeo history is the vivid history of our people, unlike China's Northeast Project. It reveals that Goguryeo was not limited to the periphery of China as China claims, but was a powerful and great kingdom that led the history of Northeast Asia. In addition, you can guess the active trade activities of the ancient Goguryeo people from the Afrapsiab murals in Uzbekistan and the Goguryeo envoys in the Dunhuang Grottoes in China. #KoreanHistory #History #HistorySpecial #HistoryJournal
