How delicious and tasty are gnocchi gorgonzola and sausage? Really so, and even more! A very simple recipe to make, perfect to bring to the table when it's cold or maybe you just want a tasty and rustic dish. Of course it's a very caloric recipe, perfect for winter, but every now and then you can indulge in a dish of such goodness! The strong flavor of the gorgonzola goes very well with the saltiness of the sausage and together they create a very interesting mix of taste and consistency. In this case we used gnocchi that were already ready for convenience, but obviously you can also make them by hand, or choose this sauce to simply season the pasta. The result will be excellent anyway! ► Ingredients to prepare gnocchi gorgonzola and sausage: Gnocchi 500 gr Gorgonzola 200 gr Sausage 300 gr Cream 200 ml White wine 120 ml Garlic clove 1 Fennel seeds to taste Salt to taste EVO oil to taste At Casa Pappagallo there is always something cooking!
