In this Minecraft 1.19 Let's Play, MisterKB is back on the server to build a giant drowned and trident farm! Not only does he build a trident farm, he also builds a kelp farm, fully enchants the tridents with Riptide III, Impaling V, Loyalty III, Channeling, Unbreaking III and Mending. ❤️ SUBSCRIBE & HIT THE BELL! ???? This video is kid-friendly / family friendly! This episode starts with a short explanation about tridents. Drowneds have a 6.25% chance to spawn with trident and you only have an 11.5% chance that you will also get the trident if you kill the drowneds with Looting III. Tridents are strong against Guardians and Elder Guardians, and also my favorite weapon! Enough reason to build a trident farm! Clifford_James and EpicHaddock310 helped gather the materials for the farm, but there is still one resource missing, namely Kelp! So I'm building a Kelp farm first, and I'll also explain a bit about the Redstone for the farm. After the Kelp farm, it's time for the big project of this episode: the trident farm! First, we're looking for a big river, because the farm as a whole has to fit in a River Biome, because that's where the drowneds spawn. It took me 6 hours and 45 minutes to build the farm, but it works really well! In 5 minutes I already have 4 tridents, but that's not enough, because we want tridents for everyone on the server. Since Riptide and Loyalty can't fit on a trident together, I want to get 2 tridents for everyone. That means 10 tridents! In 20 minutes I have more than enough tridents, but we're not there yet. We need to enchant and upgrade the tridents with books, so we go to the enchanting table to see which enchantments we can get on the tridents. By the way, the farm doesn't only work well for tridents, but also for experience, copper and nautilus shells. Before we arrange the enchantments, we first make a sheep banner. A comment on the previous episode gave me this tip. After we have put the tridents through the enchanting table, we go to the library to give the librarians the right books. A nice half hour of placing and breaking lecterns before we have the right enchantments: Riptide III, Impaling V, Loyalty III and Channeling. After that we upgrade the tridents and we do that with experience from the drowned farm. There we also meet someone from the server and we get a compliment. When all the tridents are enchanted, we can hand them out to the people on the server and we also give them an invite to an ocean monument raiding party! Finally I test the tridents. There is going to be a thunderstorm, so we can test channeling right away, we get blown up by a charged creeper, but we also get a mob head from a zombie!
