Here, post-Soviet architecture peacefully coexists with modern high-tech, wrapped in oriental lace ???????? You need to come to Tashkent to get acquainted with its endless gardens, streets, architecture and wonderful food, which they love here, they know how to cook, and the average bill usually does not exceed $ 5-7 per person! Most of my film is dedicated to Samarkand, which was once the center of the Silk Road. Its past greatness is clearly visible in the endless madrassas and mausoleums the color of the sky ???? This city was home to a huge number of great people who changed our world and later found their peace within its walls. And Samarkand can easily be called the gastronomic capital of Uzbekistan, and all thanks to the multinational and friendly atmosphere that accepts everyone, regardless of religion ???????? And of course, Bukhara! Walking along the narrow streets of this ancient city, you seem to find yourself in a cartoon about Aladdin. The same squares, markets, walls of the ancient fortress, minarets and madrassas propping up the sky, carved from turquoise ... In the shops here, like thousands of years ago, they continue to mint metals, knit carpets and forge the famous Bukhara knives, without moving a single step away from tradition and memory of their ancestors. And here they also cook their own pilaf, "dietary", as local chefs lovingly call it. It is boiled, not fried, unlike in beautiful Samarkand ✨ And of course, here we also filmed a story about manti and the famous Bukhara chopped shashlik, which make you want to sing! ☀️ Enjoy watching!
