The history of the railway is alive thanks to enthusiasts who take care to preserve the former rolling stock in its glory. The Office of Rail Transport wants to appreciate people who devote their time and energy to cultivating the memory of the former railway. That is why the Office of Rail Transport has begun a series of reports "Railway monuments - saved from oblivion". The first report is "Ganz. Railway pensioner on the move". It is a story of the life passion of Mr. Roman Szymański from Szczecin. Since the early nineties, the former driver took care to preserve the SN 61 motor car, commonly called Ganz, in good condition. It is thanks to his efforts that the car has survived to this day and is still an attraction in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The recording was made during the journey of the historic SN 61 motor car from Szczecin to Gryfice during the Night of Museums.
