Gang Gloria is located in the Glodok Pancoran area, Tamansari District, West Jakarta. In Gang Gloria, you can find several legendary restaurants. Its existence has been around for a long time, since the Dutch East Indies colonial era, around the 1920s. Along this 4-meter wide road, there are a number of legendary culinary shops or stalls such as Toko Kawi, Bakmi Amoy, Soto Betawi Nyonya Afung, Kedai Kopi Es Tak Kie, Otak-otak Ny Santoso, Siomay, and others. As one of the culinary corners of Jakarta, Gang Gloria is inhabited by at least 38 street vendors. They sell pork siomai, mixed rice, fruits, mixed noodles, and other Peranakan culinary. There are even those who sell household knick-knacks such as rat glue, ant glue, scissors, screwdrivers, and others. There are also those who sell various spare parts made of rubber. If Muslim friends want to try the culinary in this place, be careful because there is no halal information, so you must ask first before ordering. Here, the halal one is Soto Betawi Nyonya Afung, although there is no halal sign, but I have asked directly, a portion is IDR 60,000, - not including rice. The popularity of Gang Gloria has been raised along with the Pancoran-Glodok area since the early 20th century.
