About :

Osman and Sibel Atasoy set off from Marmaris with their boat Uzaklar 2, first passed their target Cape Horn and went to Antarctica where the conditions were harsh. After experiencing risky days, they reached Marmaris again with an ocean voyage full of difficulties. Osman Atasoy compiled the experiences of this 4-year journey in a book; “Uzaklar 2 Antarctica” We met with them in Gökova Bays to learn what we were curious about in this book that we read in one go. They hosted us with their son Can, who is now 7 years old. We asked them about the things that came to our minds, the things we had trouble with, and the things we wanted to learn in detail on the boat they lived in. Sailor questions.
