And today we're going to show you some really interesting places to visit in the Rocha Department, as soon as you cross the border from Rio Grande do Sul through Chuí, by car, on Ruta 9. This TIP to spend New Year's Eve there came about when we saw a video by a Brazilian woman, Tassi @TassiGhorayeb, about four years ago on YouTube, and we thought it was really cool and decided to plan to go there one day: • New Year's Eve in Punta Del Diablo - Uruguay But just a warning: being a tourist on this beach is a really cool thing to do! We left Curitiba bound for Uruguay - and the entire trip is already one of the most watched videos on our channel. So, if you haven't seen it yet, here's a tip: • By Car to Uruguay, 2023 The first stop (and where we recorded a special video) was Chuy - on the Uruguayan side, watch it later here on the channel too: • By car to Chuí, on the Brazilian border... In the following days, we continued along Ruta 9 to Punta del Diablo, Punta del Este and returned, stopping at Cabo Polônio, and with another stop at the Canyons of Cambará do Sul, RS.
