Fried noodles with beef, Thai recipe -- The Organic Cook #507 Preparation: 1. First pour boiling water over the quick cooking noodles. 2. Let it simmer according to the instructions on the packet. 3. Then fry the beef. 4. Cut the onion, bell pepper, garlic and carrot into strips and add. 5. Cut the leek, sweet pineapple and the stalks of the mustard spinach or chard or pak choi and add them too. 6. Drain the noodles and put them in the wok. 7. Add the leaf spinach and deglaze with a little soy sauce. 8. Let it get really hot once. 9. Serve with the homemade sweet chili sauce.
