A beautiful winter outing in the Rance estuary allows us to fish for the fish on the site and observe nature. The day begins with the harvest of worms: lugworm, estuary nereid, and white gravel. Then, we fish during the rising tide, the fish moving with the flow. A gilthead sea bream makes us a surprise visit: surprising in this season! I take the opportunity to present the characteristics of the species as well as the Sparidae family.
