Welcome to the Beginner's Yoga Course! This series has been specially prepared for those who are just starting yoga! In this course, we break the beginning movements into simpler pieces and apply them one by one. In each lesson, we practice easy versions of the movements of the Suryanamaskar series, which is the basic warm-up series of yoga. Breathing exercise is also waiting for you at the end of this lesson. There are 2 more beginning yoga series on the channel. If this series is too easy for you, you can start yoga by choosing one of the other 2 beginning programs. This series will increase your quality of life by increasing both your body and breath awareness! After this very basic beginning program series, you can easily apply the Yoga Ultra Beginner Program, which is a bit more difficult.
