Thomas d'Ansembourg practiced as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar for five years and worked in an international company as a legal advisor for ten years. At the same time, he was also involved for ten years as a volunteer manager-facilitator of an association providing practical assistance to young people experiencing problems with delinquency, violence, prostitution and addictions of all kinds. Through this dual approach, legal and social, he became involved early on in conflict management and the search for meaning. More recently, he published “Notre façon d'être adulte fait sens et envie pour les jeunes?” (Our way of being an adult does it make sense and is desirable for young people?). ", as well as a documentary entitled "Cessez d'être gentil être vrai" evoking the benefit of self-knowledge and pacific-action work in the service of joy and shared inner peace.
