In this episode we go to Umeå to visit the bar Facit. Facit is a place run by Emil Åreng, who many of you know from previous visits to the channel. Not least in the section on Kaffe Kast or the World's Best Gin Tonic, Infused with an Espresso Martini served like a Tom Collins. After all, Emil has created this bar with the ambition to only work with Swedish products and that makes Facit different from most I've ever visited, just one thing like there's no lemon or lime for example.
