About :

In February 2018, on the roads of rock, I met Fernando Arau, musician, comedian, host and co-founder of Rockotitlán, the Place of Rock. After having performed in Avándaro in 1971, with his group: La Ley De Herodes, the Arau brothers, Fernando and Sergio, meet at a VIP's, planning to open a space for Botellita de Jerez to play. On September 14, 1985, they open Rockotitlán, without yet knowing the full range of groups that would come to play in that forum. It is undoubtedly a very important piece for the formation of many groups and the very construction of Mexican rock. In 1990, the Arau brothers ended up handing over the keys to set off towards new goals.
