The Federal Police indicted former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and 36 other people for crimes against the Democratic Rule of Law as part of the investigation that is looking into the pro-coup plot to prevent Lula (PT) from taking office and keep the former captain in power. The investigation report was sent to the Supreme Federal Court (STF) this Thursday, the 21st. Now, it is up to the Attorney General's Office (PGR) to decide whether to request new investigations, indict the people under investigation, or request that the case be shelved. Among the PF's targets are also former ministers General Augusto Heleno (Institutional Security Office) and General Walter Braga Netto, who was head of the Civil House, Defense, and was also a candidate for vice president on Bolsonaro's ticket. The president of the PL, Valdemar Costa Neto, was also named in the investigation. Read the full list of indictees below.
