Since its introduction in 1968, the 30 series has been the face of the Osaka Municipal Subway for a long time. It was last deployed on the Tanimachi Line, but was retired in October 2013 due to the introduction of the 30000 Series. On October 6th, a photo session and a special operation on the Tanimachi Line were held, and the last run of the 30 series was a return run between Morinomiya and Osakako on the Chuo Line. The last run of the Osaka city subway 30 series at Asashiobashi Station, Chuo Line.
